Yesterday I installed Poker Office an poker analysis program. Since I got stats of the players at my table now I think I will improve my longterm play. Although I can analyse my own stats. The first time playing with them was a bit confusing as many many numbers were on my table, but I think I will get used to it soon. At this session I won 2$.

Today I had only little time to play poker. Furhtermore I was interupted while playing by the phone and other things. I also didn’t get used to the statistiks until now. I lost some money and my bankroll is now: 86.57$.

Later on I will meet with some guys of my class and I play play the first time “real” poker. This will probably be some new, interesting experience. We will play NLwhich will be not quite easy as I only played NL with the Short Stack Strategy until now. But we will see, nothing is impossible. I think the adaptability is the most important thing in life. Playing different “kinds” is much more fun then playing only fixed Hold’em for example.

I decieded to play some NL games today. As I play the Short Stack Strategie I play only premium hands, therefor I played 6 tables at once. At some moments that was quite stressful, but it made the game more interesstng because I could play hands more often.

At the beginning of that session I lost about 5$, what was really annoying. It was because of bad luck and bad play of me. Although I was really frustrated the luck came back later on and I could make a plus of 10$. So I won 5§ until then.

This evening I played a 2 hour session in which I could win some money, too.

My BR is now:  87.71$, a plus of around 15$ what is quite nice.

My sessions today showed me the swings of NL, with I have to deal.

yesterday I had tow very nice sessions, with plenty of luck.

in the afternoon began playing 0.1/02.$. All in all I won about 5$ yesterday.

Furthermore I finished Small Stakes Hol’dem beside the Hand Quiz. I will probably read the book once more before I begin doing the quiz.

I just installed some poker software. Therefor I couldn’t play until now.

Here are the statistics of the hands I played until the 14th of november.

I don’t know whether they are good or not.
I considered to learn some theoretics of poker today, so don’t know how much I will play today.

Some comuter problems barred me from playing much. I could only play few hands in which I lost abut 2$. I cant tell the correct amount as I currently can’t open the Party Poker program. I hope I can fix my computerproblem today. While reinstalling the OS I while read Small Stakes Hold’em, of course.

Well, I jsut finished my first day that I will blog here.

My Session began this morning before school. I was that concentrated on poker that I nearly forgot to go to school. Furthermore I only lost money. It was a really short session and I didn’t get any good hands and if i did the flop was horrable. The only good thing was that the tables weren’t full of Germans^^

This afternoon I had a really good session. I played 2 table 0.05$/0.10$ and 1 table 0.10/0.20. was a good session in which I got breakeven(won the amount that I lost in the morning). At the end I could even win some money.

This evening I had a session with many good hands preflop(I think I had twice AA and more then 3 times AK). But I nearly never got some good flop. Therefor I lost money I won in the afternoon. Alltogether I could make a small win.

My Bankroll is now: 75.93$

I’m 18 years old and I live in the little village Winterbach, which is in Germany.
Next year I will finish the school with my “Abitur”. After that I will begin to study Software Engeneering at the “BerufsAkademie Stuttgart”. This means studying and working at the same time. I will work at a firm called Behr.

I started to play poker earlier that year. I stopped soon because I concentrated on other things. This month I started again

I read all the beginners articles at Pokerstrategy.de(a page i really recommend) and also began to read Small Stakes Hold’em.

To come in the game I play 0.05$/0.10$, which is a limit where I feel really comfortable. Beside that I also play NL10$.

As I transferred money from Pokerstars to PokerParty I got some money for playing a bonus(11.6$).

My BR at the beginning of the blog is: 75.66$
